Enhanced Warranty Display

In order to view the Extended Warranty Display feature in the app, you must:

• Add your vehicle to FordPass™.
• Have a new vehicle with standard warranty or a FordProtect warranty plan.
  • Note: FordProtect warranty plans are extended service plans - including: Premium Care, Extra Care, Base Care, and Powertrain Care.

The Extended Warranty display feature will enable you to:

• View Warranty Period and Vehicle information when your eligible VIN is added to the app.
• View full details of your extended warranty.
• Access Extended Warranty information for your vehicle.

To view your Extended or Base Warranty in the app:

1. Navigate to the Vehicle landing page. 
2. Select Vehicle Details from the Glove box section. 
   • If your vehicle is equipped with an embedded modem, select the Service & Support tab.
3. Tap the warranty you'd like to view.
