What is a Free Service Letter?

A Free Service Letter (or voucher) can be provided as a goodwill gesture by both the Ford Customer Relationship Centre or a Ford Dealership. The letter will detail the terms of use and which vehicle it applies to.

Letters from the Ford Customer Relationship Centre can be used at any Ford Dealership but letters issued by a Ford Dealership themselves may only be used at that dealership or another dealership that is part of their franchise. If you have any questions please speak to whoever issued the letter.
