Where can I view trip and charge details for my Ford vehicle using FordPass®*?

The Vehicle screen in FordPass allows you to view trip and charge-related details. Use the steps below for more information. 

Note: To use Battery Electric Vehicle features in FordPass, you must:

Viewing Trip and Charge Details

  1. Log in to the FordPass App.
  2. Navigate to the Vehicle screen.
  3. Select the Charging header. 
  4. Tap the Charge Logs tile to see the following on the Battery Charge Log landing page:
    • Log records for the past 30 days.
    • Log entries sorted from the most recent to oldest. 
    • The percentage (%) charge during that particular event.
  5. Select a log to view the following details:
    • Charging location
    • Amount or percentage charged
    • Estimated added distance your vehicle can travel based on the percentage charged
    • Total charging time for this event

      Note: This can be blank if the cloud does not have a complete record. 

    • Battery level when charging started and finished 
    • Time/date charging started and finished
