Ohme Operations Ireland Limited Terms and Conditions for Free Ohme ePod EV Charger with Standard Installation in Republic of Ireland

Subject to the eligibility criteria and terms below, you can apply for this offer if you:

(a) order a new Puma Gen-E, Explorer, Capri, Mustang Mach-E , E-Tourneo Custom, Ranger PHEV, Transit Custom PHEV (excl. Kombi), Transit Connect PHEV, E-Transit Custom, E-Transit Courier or E-Transit. vehicle (a Qualifying Vehicle) from a participating Ford dealer between 00:01 on 01^st October and 23:59 on 31^st March 2026;

(b) have the Qualifying Vehicle registered by 31st September 2026;

(d) in the case of a Ford Lease or Small fleet order, have the EV charger installed at the home address of the end user; and

(e) are eligible for the €300 grant provided by the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI Grant) which can be claimed towards the cost of installing an EV charger at home.

then you will be eligible to receive an Ohme ePod EV charger with standard installation at a residential address free of charge if you are eligible for the SEAI Grant (the Offer). The charger and standard installation have a value of up to €1,199 (inc. VAT) without the SEAI Grant, or €899 (inc. VAT) with the inclusion of the SEAI Grant.

If you have not previously claimed the SEAI grant for an Electric Vehicle Home Charger, you have the option to:

1. Allow Ohme to apply for the grant on your behalf, and Ohme will manage this process with the SEAI directly (if SEAI advise that you are not eligible for the grant, you will be required to pay €300 to Ohme as a contribution towards the cost of the EV charger), or

2. To manage the process with the SEAI directly, in doing so, you will be required to:

§ Make an upfront €300 payment to Ohme

§ Claim the grant via the SEAI directly in line with requirements outlined here

§ Post installation you will be reimbursed €300 by the SEAI if you are eligible for the grant

Eligibility Criteria

The Offer is available to customers who are:

(a) Retail, Ford Lease and Fleet customers only who have ordered a Qualifying Vehicle;

(b) Do not already have an EV charger installed at the residential address and are eligible for installation of an Ohme e-Pod under the EV charge point installation terms and conditions available on Ohme’s website;

(d) are eligible for the €300 SEAI Grant.

Verifying your eligibility

If you meet the eligibility criteria for this offer your retailer will submit a referral to Ohme to begin the charger quote and survey process for the home charger installation.

Ohme e-Pod EV Charger

Whilst the Offer includes the Ohme ePod EV Charger with standard installation for free up to a value of €1,199 incl. VAT (without the SEAI Grant) and €899 incl. VAT (with the SEAI Grant), by applying to this Offer, you agree that you may be liable to pay additional amounts to Ohme Operations Ireland if the cost and installation of the EV Charger exceed €1,199 (without the SEAI Grant) and €899 (with the SEAI Grant). This includes, but is not limited to, where your property is not suitable for a Standard Installation, as defined on the Ohme website Ohme standard installation T&Cs, where there are any additional installation works, any late cancellation fees, aborted visits, physical home surveys, any additional accessories, or where you have elected to receive a charger which Ohme sells for more than €1,199 (without the SEAI Grant) or €899 (with the SEAI Grant).

This Offer, including the supply, delivery and installation of the Ohme ePod EV Charger by Ohme Operations Ireland will be subject to Ohme Operations Ireland’s full Terms and Conditions for the sale and installation of EV chargers which can be found here: Ohme Operations Ireland Terms and Conditions

Please note that, as this Offer is being partially funded by Ford, the availability of the Offer is conditional upon the relevant payments being made by Ford to Ohme Operations Ireland.

If you do not take delivery of your vehicle after having the charger installed, then you will be liable to pay to Ford the full price of the charger and installation. You will also be liable to pay any additional costs that may be due to Ohme Operations UK Limited and are outstanding. If you cancel your order before the charger is installed, you will no longer be entitled to the Offer

As outlined above, to qualify for the complimentary Ohme ePod offer, you must be eligible for the €300 grant provided by the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) which can be claimed towards the cost of installing a charging point at home. Customers that do not qualify for the €300 SEAI grant will be required to pay a €300 contribution towards the cost of the Ohme ePod with standard installations, and Ford will cover the balance of the costs as part of and subject to the terms and conditions of this offer.

Home charger Warranty:

As a qualified engineer will be installing the charge point, it comes with a 3-year warranty from the manufacturer, Ohme.
