How the Scheme Works

Eligible customers can benefit from:

Up to €3,500 SEAI Electric Vehicle Grant
Plus a €5,000 EV Scrappage Incentive

Who Can Apply?

To qualify, you must:

Purchase a new, eligible battery electric vehicle.
Trade in and scrap a qualifying petrol or diesel vehicle registered in 2013 or earlier.
Have owned the vehicle being scrapped for a minimum of 12 months.
