Service Priority booking
As a member you will get priority booking. Why wait ages to arrange a service somewhere else, when you could fix an appointment quickly with us? Bookings can be made online, over the phone or even in person.
Vehicle collection and delivery service
Your Business Partner Club Dealer can arrange to collect your vehicle and deliver it back to you after service or repairs, so you can get on with running your business.

Time is money. So with extended opening hours available at our Business Partner Club Dealers, we’ll work around your schedule, not ours. Don’t worry if you can’t make it Monday to Friday, Business Partner Club Dealers are now open all day Saturday, every Saturday.

All Business Partner Club Dealers have a concierge who is attuned the needs of customers. This person is your single point-of-contact and will provide you with a superior level of service and attention synonymous with Ford. Free European Roadside Assistance
As a Business Partner Club Member, with every Ford Business service you get added peace of mind, because if you do break down you’ll get roadside support: wherever you are in Europe. Normally this level of cover would cost €168, but to Business Partner Club customers it’s free!
Roadside Assistance is activated automatically at every routine service with coverage extended valid from the date of service for twelve months, or until the next service is due, whichever comes first. For swift breakdown recovery and ultimate peace of mind, Emergency Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

The Ford Business Partner promise is to keep your business moving, so if you are a Solo trader, an SME or a larger business with one or more business vehicles on the road and needs a superior servicing experience, the Business Partner Club is perfect for you. The Business Partner Club is open to any business with one or more business vehicles (excludes major fleets).
