Do Ford offer goodwill?

Whether your vehicle qualifies for a goodwill depends on a number of factors. This includes, among other things, whether your vehicle is still in the new car warranty period or has an active Ford extended warranty.

After your Ford dealer has examined your vehicle, they can then best assess how to handle the concern. If the concern is not covered by the new car warranty or a Ford extended warranty, your Ford dealer can file a goodwill request. This request will be reviewed by Ford and a decision will be made with the Ford dealer. Please note: Goodwill is a voluntary service on the part of Ford and there is no guarantee of financial assistance towards the cost of the repair.
