How do I view messages in the FordPass^®* App?

If both your Account tab and Message Centre tab have dot indicators, this means you have a new message in the app. To locate any in-app messages for your account, use the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Account landing page.
2. Select Message Centre.
3. Tap the respective message you want to view. 

Note: Unread messages appear in Blue text with a dot next to them. Read messages appear in black text.
