Kuga 18" 5-spoke alloy wheel
Exterior design
Every external element of Kuga has been carefully considered and then designed to produce a bold, imaginative shape that sets it head and muscular shoulders above traditional SUVs.
Styling
Kuga conveys a sense of energy in motion through Ford kinetic Design. Distinctive headlights, a contoured bonnet and large trapezoid grille create a powerful, iconic profile that sets it apart. The pronounced wheel arches, chrome-style air vents and pronounced shoulder line provide a burly, energetic stance. The sporty off-road look continues with Kuga’s front and rear bumpers, plus lower skid plates, a choice of alloy wheels from 17” to 19”, and standard twin exhausts.
Split rear tailgate
The ingenious split rear tailgate means there are two ways you can access the rear, depending on what you want to load or unload. If you have something small to pop in the back, simply open the upper glass section of the tailgate. When transporting something bigger, simply open the tailgate and fold the load floor completely flat to access the boot area more easily.
Ford Easy Fuel
The fuel flap and filler have been designed with a misfuel inhibitor, which cleverly distinguishes the difference between a diesel and petrol pump nozzle, ensuring you always use the correct fuel. When you consider that each year in Ireland, thousands of people mistakenly fill up with the wrong fuel, you can see that it’s easily done.
Skid plates
Chrome effect skid plates have been added to Kuga both front and rear and give the vehicle a rugged, muscular look that matches its performance.
Wheels
There’s a wide range of distinctive 17", 18” and 19” alloy wheels available to perfectly complement the dramatic styling of Kuga.

Panorama roof
Our optional panorama roof lets natural light flood in, and this brighter, airier feel makes the already spacious cabin seem even bigger. Its solar-reflective coating reduces the effect of the sun’s heat inside, plus there’s also an integral blind that can be drawn to keep out virtually all the sun’s rays. So your passengers can sit back in their perfectly controlled and comfortable environment to enjoy the passing scenery and sky.
Power-fold heated mirrors
These clever optional electric mirrors with indicators, turn flat against the doors electrically, so you can negotiate narrow gaps, or leave your Kuga parked on the road without worrying about the mirrors being damaged.
Home Safe headlights and puddle lights
Once home, the headlights and optional puddle lights stay on for 30 seconds, helping light the way to your door.
Roof bars
Chrome effect roof bars are fitted to Kuga as part of the standard specification. These bars let you easily attach the full range of Thule roof boxes with their generous load capacities.
