Ford announces €3,000 off best-selling Focus
January 30, 2009 - Some of Ireland’s best-selling car models are now discounted by €3,000, under a limited offer from Ford Ireland on Focus petrol units. The discount includes the best-selling Focus 1.4i Style which is now available from €18,330.*
Under the offer, which applies until February 28th, the Focus 1.6 petrol is priced from 18,625*. In the case of the Focus Flexi-Fuel (FFV) range, the discount can be added to the Government VRT rebate of at least €2,486, resulting in a price from just €17,644.* Powered by a 1.8 litre engine, FFVs run on any combination of environmentally-friendly Irish produced bio-ethanol or conventional petrol.
The offer encompasses 3-, 4-, 5-door and wagon bodystyles.
All Focus models boast the latest in safety technology, with ESP (Electronic Stability Programme) as standard, along with Ford’s intelligent Protection System, featuring 6 airbags. Front electric windows and mirrors, a Quickclear heated windscreen, remote 6-speaker CD with mp3 connection and trip computer complete an unbeatable Focus package.
The Focus has been Ireland’s best-selling car for the past seven years. Over 65,000 Focus units have been sold here since the car was launched in 1998.
